Terms and Conditions

Mastercard International Incorporated, domiciled at 2000 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY, United States, together with its affiliates (hereinafter "Mastercard"), as part of its Priceless.com program (hereinafter, "Priceless"), will offer on its platform www.priceless.com, to all Mastercard-branded cardholders the Priceless experience "MCLAREN 2025 – VIRTUAL CALL WITH A DRIVER" (hereinafter, the "Experience"), in accordance with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions"):
FIRST. EXPERIENCE MECHANISM:
This promotional activity (the "Experience") governed by these terms and conditions is Organized by Mastercard International Incorporated ("Mastercard").
The Experience is designed to offer Mastercard cardholders with a Mastercard issued globally (hereinafter referred to as "Global") who are of legal age (hereinafter the "Participants"), the opportunity to participate for a 100% priceless experience centered around McLaren 2025, where the winner will have the exclusive opportunity to join a 15-minute Q&A session with a McLaren Formula 1 Team driver, straight off their victory in the 2024 Formula 1 Constructor's Championship and their 2025 successes. This is the chance to ask everything winner has ever wanted to know about McLaren, the upcoming season, the thrill of being behind the wheel, their personal journey in racing, their passion for the sport, and so much more.
Participants will be required to answer two questions as part of the selection process. A panel of judges designated by Mastercard will evaluate all responses based on criteria including creativity, originality, and relevance. The two Participants whose responses best meet these criteria will be selected as winners and granted access to the experience described herein.
In the event that a Participant is selected as one of the two winners, they will be granted the exclusive opportunity to engage in a virtual interaction with a McLaren Formula 1 Team driver. As part of this unique experience, the Participant will also receive a signed commemorative item.
Exclusive to Mastercard cardholders.
SECOND. CONSIDERATION:

Experience is (2) x 15-minute virtual sessions, back-to-back.
A McLaren or Mastercard host will facilitate the conversation.
Mastercard will share call link ahead of time.

Competition Insights: This asset is non-exclusive to Mastercard.
Priceless Elements: Merchandise Item previously defined by Mastercard.
Date of the Experience: 29 October – MTC Driver Marketing Day; both drivers (subject to availability).
THIRD. DURATION OF THE EXPERIENCE:
The Experiences will be available for purchase from October 1 to October 15, 2025, or until supplies last.
FOURTH. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPERIENCE:

Priceless experiences are reserved exclusively for Mastercard cardholders.
The Experience is valid for (1) one person.
The Experience are personal and non-transferable. The sale, offer for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any ticket and/or any part of the packages is strictly prohibited.

FIFTH. NOTIFICATION TO PARTICIPANTS WHO REDEEM THE EXPERIENCE:
The winner will be selected once the participation deadline has passed and will be contacted within 72 hours after the deadline. Personal details required include:

Participants will also receive a consent form for the use of their image, which must be signed by a legal guardian if the participant is a minor.

SIXTH. ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS:

By participating, Participants agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
The Experience is non-transferable and personal.
This Experience cannot be exchanged for cash.
Mastercard commits to complying with applicable data protection laws.
Mastercard reserves the right to invalidate any participation if a Participant attempts to manipulate, fraudulently interfere with, or breach the administration, security, fairness, or execution of the activity.
The Experience is for personal use only. The resale or commercial use of the experience is prohibited. Participants found violating this may be disqualified from current and future Priceless.com experiences.
Mastercard reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, harmful, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with platform policies. This may also result in cancellation of the Participant's Priceless.com account.
Mastercard reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule, or alter the experience at any time, at its sole discretion, in cases such as force majeure, fraud, technical failures, or other factors outside of Mastercard's control.
