Your evening will be guided by Chef Steve McHugh of Cured at Pearl, who recently came out with a new cookbook Cured: Cooking with Ferments, Pickles, Preserves & More. Chef Steve and Friends will lead you on an intimate culinary exploration that promises to leave you in awe! Enjoy live music from a local artist while dining outdoors, complimented by the perfect multi-course family style dinner menu. Each Chef will present themselves and their signature dishes, featuring the finest seasonal ingredients paired with refined wines.
